The independent bench
The professionals who reviewed the framework.
An independent board-certified physician, four exercise specialists, and four dietitians reviewed the structure of the Strength After 30 process.
Independent physician review.
An independent, board-certified physician reviewed the structure and physiological reasoning of the Strength After 30 process. Ongoing clinical care, labs, and any prescriptive medicine is handled separately by a licensed third-party medical partner — see the note below.

Dr. David Wiebe, MD
UBC medical degree, Emergency Medicine residency at Denver Health, two decades in high-acuity ERs across the Mountain West. Reviewed the structure of the Strength After 30 process — the logic, sequencing, and physiological reasoning behind how the framework is built. Not the medical director and not responsible for ongoing clinical care.
Bloodwork, biomarker panels, hormone therapy, GLP-1 strategies, vaginal estrogen, thyroid support, and any clinician-supervised therapy are delivered through a licensed third-party medical partner organization — not by Strength After 30. Every approach is individualized, lab-driven, and overseen by their clinical team (MD or NP). Strength After 30 builds the training, nutrition, and recovery system around that clinical foundation.
